PingFederate Job Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation:

• Architect and implement PingAccess and PingFederate solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure and integrate PingFederate with various identity providers and service providers.
• Develop and configure authentication policies, single sign-on (SSO), and federation services.

• Management and Support:

• Manage and maintain PingAccess and PingFederate environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations.
• Provide ongoing support and administration for Ping Identity solutions.

• Integration and Migration:

• Plan and execute the migration of applications and services to PingAccess and PingFederate.
• Collaborate with application owners and development teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to integration and migration processes.

• Security and Compliance:

• Ensure IAM solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive information and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of Ping Identity environments.

• Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application development teams.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and stakeholders on Ping Identity solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IAM and Ping Identity products.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Ping Identity products, especially PingAccess and PingFederate.
• Strong background in identity and access management, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), and SSO.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions in complex environments.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in configuring and managing PingAccess and PingFederate.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications: Relevant Ping Identity certifications, CISSP, or similar IAM certifications are preferred.
