What do you learn from this Course?
This 2-day course enables experienced Product Owners to advance to the strategic level of thinking. The participants will learn to think of Business while building Products from day one. We will be collaboratively learning:

Jayaprakash (JP) is passionate about building solutions that are simple yet provide higher value. He is someone who believes that successful and impactful products can be built by a better understanding of users and the market. Over his career, he has indulged in transforming ideas into customer-centric products with an amazing experience. He is a hands-on product guy and is currently a Product Owner for Turient.Over a span of 14 years of his experience in Product Development, he has played varied roles: Programmer, Tester, Build and Release Engineer, Scrum Master and User Researcher. He has been involved in building internal and external products from scratch, in B2C and B2B domains. He has done extensive Market Research, User Research, Prototypes, run various experiments and used Product Analytics across product lifecycle.He is an IDEO certified Design Thinker and was also part of the MIT Entrepreneurship program. He is a certified Educator for Product Management from ICAgile. He is a founding member of the Product Thinking Community (https://productthinking.io/) and he leads an initiative called PT Labs (https://productthinking.io/pt_labs) program that mentors aspiring people to get into the Product Management space.
Our goal for the workshop is to help you enhance your skills as a Product Owner. You will pick up a product idea and design a Business Model, determine the Product price and profitability, come up with GoTo Market strategy, design advanced experiments to business model, pricing and product launch assumptions. The workshop itself will be run using Scrum in 4 Sprints with ZERO PowerPoint slides. Expect to have lots of fun while you learn as the workshop is loaded with activities.
