Invoices and Receipts on MeraEvents

Managing your invoices and receipts on MeraEvents is simple and transparent, ensuring you always have access to your transaction records for event bookings.


Accessing Invoices and Receipts

After successfully booking an event on MeraEvents, you will automatically receive an invoice and payment receipt for your transaction. Here's how you can access them:

Step Description
Email Confirmation An invoice/receipt is sent to your registered email address after payment.
Download Option You can download your invoice/receipt from the event booking confirmation page.
My Bookings Log in and go to My Bookings to view and download past invoices/receipts.

Invoice and Receipt Details

Each invoice and receipt typically includes:

  • Event name and date
  • Booking reference number
  • Purchaser's name and contact details
  • Payment amount and method
  • Tax details (if applicable)
  • Date of transaction

Requesting a Duplicate Invoice or Receipt

If you need another copy of your invoice or receipt:

  1. Log in to your MeraEvents account.
  2. Go to My Bookings.
  3. Select the relevant event and click Download Invoice/Receipt.
  4. If you're unable to find your invoice, contact support@meraevents.com with your booking details.

Troubleshooting & Support

Issue Solution
Didn't receive invoice email Check spam/junk folder or download from My Bookings.
Incorrect invoice details Contact support with the correct information for assistance.
Need GST invoice Ensure GST details are provided at the time of booking.
