Amount Debited, No Confirmation Money deducted but no booking confirmation received

Steps to Resolve Payment Issues

Check Your Payment Method

  • Ensure your card is active, has sufficient funds, and is enabled for online transactions.
  • For international payments, use the PayPal gateway.

Retry the Transaction

  • Refresh the page or use a different browser.
  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
  • Attempt the payment again after a few minutes.

Verify Transaction Status

  • Check your bank or card statement to confirm if the amount was debited.
  • Log in to your MeraEvents account and check the status under My Bookings.

  • If the amount was debited but booking failed, the payment gateway usually reverses the amount within 7-10 working days.

  • Transaction reference number
  • Screenshot or proof of payment (if available)
